Fixes 🩹:
- Fixed Mermaids refusing to give up on sieges against Slime/Golem and other bugs
- Fixed Ending Achievement not being awarded on NG+ until another Achievement's requirement is reached
- Fixed Beach climate being always sunny

Thank god this is getting patched. The mermaid I knew only attacked Finhead and golem in my other run, but this time it attacked every reign and I was thinking if I should end them.
